The whistleblowing channel for Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Lda. / LethesHome / LethesHome Apartments was established in accordance with applicable legislation and good corporate practices, reinforcing its commitment to the principles of transparency and ethics.

Whistleblower principles and protection
Independence, impartiality, confidentiality, data protection, secrecy, and the absence of conflicts of interest are guaranteed in the handling and analysis of complaints received.
In any situation, the whistleblower is protected against any form of retaliation, and is given the possibility of filing an anonymous complaint, in accordance with the law.
Who considers themselves a whistleblower?
The individual who reports or publicly discloses an irregularity or infraction.
Who can file a complaint?
- Customers.
- Collaborators.
- Former employees.
- Service providers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as any persons acting under their supervision and direction.
- Holders of shareholdings, persons belonging to administrative or management bodies or to fiscal or supervisory bodies of Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Lda., including non-executive members.
- Volunteers and interns, paid or unpaid.
- Others.
Responsibility for managing the complaint
Complaints will be received by the relevant department of Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Ltda., which, after registration and classification, will proceed with the handling process, including forwarding them to the areas responsible for analyzing and monitoring the process.
According to the law, Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Ltda. is responsible for handling, investigating, and taking action regarding complaints received, with these complaints being processed through an internal IT platform.
Anonymous Complaints
Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Lda. is committed to respecting anonymity in all cases where the complainant wishes to file an anonymous complaint, regardless of the level of detail contained in the complaint and the possibility of identifying the complainant through the facts described. It is clarified that Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem, Lda. will process all complaints, anonymous or not, provided they contain sufficient and relevant information to allow for investigation. Notwithstanding this treatment, all complainants will be notified at the email address from which the complaint was made.
