Whistleblowing Channel

1. Who may use this channel

Current and former workers, applicants, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, shareholders or members of corporate bodies, volunteers, trainees and others who obtain information through a professional relationship with Vianatece.

2. What may be reported

Actual or suspected breaches covered by Portuguese Law 93/2021 and other applicable legislation, including attempts to conceal them, where the information was obtained in a professional context. The channel should be used in good faith and on reasonable grounds.

3. Information useful for assessment

To enable a careful assessment, provide only the information required:

• What happened or may happen, where and when;
• People or entities involved and any witnesses;
• Available documents or other evidence;
• Whether the matter has already been reported elsewhere.

4. Confidentiality and protection

The whistleblower's identity and any information from which it may be inferred are confidential and access is limited to those responsible for handling the report, except where disclosure is required by law or a court. Retaliation is prohibited against anyone who reports in good faith and meets the statutory conditions for protection.

5. Handling and follow-up

Vianatece records, assesses and follows up reports independently and impartially, within the applicable legal time limits. Additional information may be requested through the same channel where contact details are available. An anonymous report should avoid information that identifies the sender; the absence of contact details may limit requests for clarification and follow-up.

6. Personal data

Data is processed only to receive, assess and follow up the report, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights. Do not include personal data unrelated to the facts. For more information, see the Privacy Policy or contact rgpd@letshome.pt.
